Sandra Smith

Sandy has dedicated over 16 years to the legal field, including 3 years in insurance defense. She has seen first-hand, from the other side, how insurance companies operate in personal injury cases, where their main goal is to minimize their losses and maintain profits. 

This experience goes a long way toward helping her clients get the compensation they need to rebuild their lives.

Sandy is originally from Long Island, New York, but later moved to Florida and attended St. Petersburg College for Paralegal Studies. After working for the insurance companies, she decided to move to the other side of the court and help those who really needed it.

She is passionate about helping others overcome their personal injuries because she knows firsthand how they feel, having been the middle car in a three-auto accident. That accident changed things for Sandy, just like it does for every one of our clients.

Because of her auto accident and resulting injuries, she understands the fear, pain, and struggles that personal injury and the legal process suddenly bring into your life, and she takes a personal interest in every client and their case.

Sandra works diligently to maximize each client’s financial recovery from the insurance companies. While most cases settle prior to trial, Sandra treats all cases as if they are going to make it to trial so that the insurers know she is serious and ready if necessary.

In addition to personal injury, Sandra also handles paralegal responsibilities for employment law and commercial litigation.

In her spare time, Sandy enjoys yoga, genealogy, and spending time outdoors in beautiful St. Pete with her husband and 2 boys.
