Heath is a partner at Jones Law Group and focuses his practice on personal injury, employment law, and commercial litigation. He has been with the firm for 17 years and has become a major part of its success and he’s helped thousands of clients.

Although most cases settle prior to trial, Heath feels it is important to have the same law firm and attorneys handling each case from beginning through trial.  He has shown a willingness to take the tough cases to trial in an effort to obtain the best results for the client.  Heath believes in preparing every case as if it were going to trial.  This diligent approach to his practice adds value to each case and ensures the best possible recovery for the client.

Heath’s personal injury practice includes car accidents, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, and slip and fall claims.  He has a lengthy history of successfully negotiating significant settlements against all the major insurance companies.  Additionally, Heath takes pride in representing workers who have been unfairly treated by their employers.  These clients come to Heath after being the victim of discrimination or an employer that refuses to pay wages or overtime which they have rightfully earned.  Heath’s goal is always to provide zealous representation while maintaining excellent client communication.  It is a legal strategy that provides the best possible recovery for Heath’s clients.

Heath is also devoted to providing each client a personalized experience with their attorney.  He believes that open communications between the client and their attorney are key to obtaining the best results.  Every one of Heath’s clients has his personal cell phone and maintains the ability to contact Heath at any time including nights and weekends.  He truly takes an interest in his client’s recovery from the physical injury, while focusing his energies on maximizing the monetary recovery from the insurance companies.  Heath is admitted to practice law in every county in the State of Florida, as well as the Federal Courts of the Middle and Southern Districts.

Heath obtained his undergraduate degree at Tennessee State University in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing.  He attended law school at the University of Memphis where he earned distinction as the top advocate in his trial advocacy class and a two-year member of The National Mock Trial Team.  Heath was also on The Moot Court Board and was a highly ranked Moot Court participant in the Moot Court competitions in which he competed. Heath has lived in Seminole, Florida, for the past 14 years. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and operating a charity he and his family started to help disadvantaged youth during the holiday season.
